How can I amend or cancel my repeat orders?
You can view all your repeat orders in the “My Account” section of the website. Select “My Account” and choose “Repeat Orders”.
- “Your upcoming orders”
This area will show you the date upon which your next delivery will be despatched and the quantity that will be delivered. If you need to amend the date you can do so in this section.
- “Your repeat products”
This area will show you all your repeat products. In this section you can:
1. Change the quantity
2. Change the frequency
3. Remove an item
4. Pause an item
5. Change the delivery address
6. Assign a new credit card
