My item has a fault
If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we are happy to help in either arranging a replacement, or a refund. We will be happy to cover the cost of anything that needs to come back to us. If the item is under 1kg, please simply pop it in the post to "FREEPOST KOKOBA" with a small note informing us of how you would like us to proceed.
If the item is over 1kg, we can do one of two things, depending on which is more convenient for you:
1. Send you a return label to pop on the parcel before dropping it into a local PickUp shop where our courier will collect from. You can find your most local one by entering your postcode HERE
2. Arrange for a courier to collect from your home any time between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
