I want to return my order for a refund
Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us, we can only dispose of it for you, as it cannot be resold.
Changed your mind or simply don't need anymore?: We are happy to offer a No Quibble Returns policy for any item within 14 days after receipt. The item must be re-saleable (by this, we mean that it can be sold to another customer in an ‘as new’ state). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition.
Something faulty or an error on our part?: If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we are happy to help in either arranging a replacement, or a refund. We will be happy to cover the cost of anything that needs to come back to us.
How to return:
If the item is under 1kg, please simply pop it in the post to iForce, Long Croft Rd, Corby NN18 8EY with a small note informing us of how you would like us to proceed.
If the item is over 1kg, we can do one of two things, depending on which is more convenient for you:
1. Send you a return label to pop on the parcel before dropping it into a local PickUp shop where our courier will collect from. You can find your most local one by entering your postcode HERE
2. Arrange for a courier to collect from your home any time between 10am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
