I want to return my order for a refund
Medicines: We regret that we cannot, by law, accept returns of any medication including all flea treatments and wormers. If you return a medicine to us, we can only dispose of it for you, as it cannot be resold.
Changed your mind or simply don't need anymore?: We are happy to offer a No Quibble Returns policy for any item within 14 days after receipt. The item must be re-saleable (by this, we mean that it can be sold to another customer in an ‘as new’ state). We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in a suitable condition.
Something faulty or an error on our part?: If an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we are happy to help in either arranging a replacement, or a refund. We will be happy to cover the cost of anything that needs to come back to us.
How to return:
- We can arrange a collection and a courier will collect unwanted items from your home or work address on a day of your choosing Monday – Friday between 9-5pm
- We can send you a return label to pop on the parcel before dropping it into a local PickUp shop where our courier will collect from. You can find your most local one by entering your postcode HERE
