My discount code isn't working
If your promotion or discount code is not working, please firstly double check the terms of the code. Some of our codes require a minimum spend, which will be clearly indicated in the email containing the discount. Please also make sure that you have entered the code as it appears in the location it was offered.
The code is to be entered at the checkout
- Click on +Add a promo code
- Enter the promo code as you received it and click on Apply
The new total and discount will appear before you proceed.
If your code came from a third party website, please ensure you followed the link to our website from theirs. This is how some third party codes are unlocked.
