I missed my delivery

Our couriers will automatically attempt delivery 3 times to the same address if they miss you. They may decide to leave the parcel somewhere safe at the property and indicate this to you by a calling card.

If you selected our Premium shipping service, then you will be notified, updated and be able to communicate with your delivery driver via interactive tracking. With this in place, you can leave specific instructions or change your delivery date.
