My discount code isn't working
If your promotion or discount code is not working, please firstly double check the terms of the code. Some of our codes require a minimum spend, which will be clearly indicated in the email containing the discount. Please also make sure that you have entered the code as it appears in the location it was offered.
The code is to be entered at the checkout just below the current total of your order. Once entered and "Apply Voucher" has been clicked, the new total and discount will appear before you proceed. An example of this can be viewed on the attachment listed at the bottom of this article.
If your code came from a third party website, please ensure you followed the link to our website from theirs. This is how some third party codes are unlocked.
